I knew as soon as I gave birth to our daughter that it would be a struggle to lose the weight that I wanted to but it had to be done. After our son was born almost 3 years ago, I didn’t exactly jump back as quick as I had hoped and it needed to be different this go around not only physically but mentally.
As soon as the doctor gave me the okay to start exercising, I was in the gym starting my journey to lose the weight. I was introduced to an awesome trainer who has helped me make such amazing progress and I have so much support from my husband (who himself has lost almost 80 pounds).
Since my start two months ago, I have lost almost 20 pounds! A couple of days ago, I tried on a cocktail dress that I haven’t worn in about 4 years and it fit! It’s just amazing and I can’t wait to reach my goal (a little under half way there).
This morning, my trainer grabbed two- 20 pound dumbbells and told me to walk around the track (this symbolized what I was carrying before my weightloss). Wow, I definitely don’t want to gain that weight back! I feel better than ever and am working hard to continue to be the best I can!
